It looked like FIFA 23 players could still access the FUT Web App and the FUT Companion Mobile App, but players were unable to log into Ultimate Team and play matches, whether that be Division Rivals or other modes.

“We have a scheduled maintenance on April 19, 6 AM – 11 AM UTC,” read a statement via the FIFA Direct Communications Twitter account. “During this time, you may be disconnected from or unable to access online services.
